ABOUT THE PROJECT
Design of a space for a bakery - cafe following the requirements of the NCIDQ exam. The project was a sample of what to expect when completing the practicum section. The project included space planning, drafting, lighting, electrical, and rendering for a bakery - cafe within an actual location in the Indianapolis area. It also included a creation of a unique logo and branding that was to be cohesive in the overall design and decor of the space.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The renovation of an existing space within a retail area. This was an actual project with client interaction, a tight budget, and site measurements. The client contacted purdue’s interior design program and wanted to choose a winning design for their vision. The project scope was to design the interior of the space to accomodate several private karaoke rooms, create a name and branding tools for the karaoke bar and to select furniture and finishes that fit into their budget. My project was selected as one of the potential plans for the karaoke bar located in west lafayette, indiana.
